One laboratory——National Engineering Laboratory for Polysilicon Material Preparation Technology.

Devote to solving key technical problems that restrict the polysilicon industrialization, focus on establishing and improving a technology innovation system by taking the enterprise as the main body and through industry-university-research institute cooperation, optimize allocation of resources, innovate development mechanism, upgrade innovation capability, break through bottleneck constraints and support industrial development. Currently, the laboratory has completed many significant subjects and undertaken the task of preparing national standards for polysilicon process design. The laboratory, as the unique national-level key engineering laboratory in the field of China national polysilicon material preparation technology, is set up based on SINOSICO and consists of 6 R&D platforms and 1 testing center in conjunction with China ENFI, Tsinghua University and Tianjin University.
